Last Updated: October 12, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using righttoappraisal.com (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Right to Appraisal provides a matching service that connects vehicle owners who have received total loss valuations from insurance companies with qualified auto damage appraisers. We are NOT:
- An insurance company or insurance agent
- A licensed auto damage appraiser (unless otherwise stated)
- A law firm or provider of legal services
- A guarantee of any specific outcome or settlement amount
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Upload only documents that you have the legal right to share
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
4. Case Review Process
When you submit a case:
- We will review your documents to determine if you may have a viable claim for additional compensation
- If we determine your case has merit, we will connect you with a qualified appraiser in your area
- The appraiser will provide you with their services agreement and fee structure
- You are under no obligation to proceed with the appraisal
5. Fees and Payment
Right to Appraisal's case review service is free. If you choose to proceed with an appraisal, you will enter into a separate agreement with the appraiser, who will charge their own fees (typically $400-$600).
Risk-Free Guarantee: Many appraisers we work with offer a guarantee that if they do not recover more than their fee, they will refund you 100%. However, this guarantee is provided by the appraiser, not by Right to Appraisal.
6. No Guarantees
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:
- We make NO guarantee that you will receive additional compensation from your insurance company
- We make NO guarantee about the outcome of any appraisal or claim
- Past results (including any dollar amounts mentioned on our website) are NOT a guarantee of future results
- Each case is unique and outcomes vary based on individual circumstances
- Not all insurance policies include a "Right to Appraisal" clause
7. Intellectual Property

- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party (including appraisers) on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- The outcome or result of any appraisal or insurance claim
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right to Appraisal and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
